Administrative Support

Corazon is seeking Administrative Support to add to our growing team! This individual will provide administrative support for the Consulting and Accreditation teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional client work through the development of client deliverables. This individual will act as a communication liaison between clients and Corazon teams. The role also includes maintaining the delivery team’s dashboards and metrics, attending internal team meetings, and working alongside the sales team to coordinate handoff meetings related to each project. This individual will conduct research to support client engagements, develop presentations, and format materials consistent with Corazon branding and the expected work product.


  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook required
  • Strong organizational and and communication skills; ability to organize workload and handle multiple priorities and requests

Neuroscience Consultant

The successful candidate will work with and support a project team in the development of neuroscience strategic plans, program development initiatives, and physician alignment projects. This candidate will manage a project to include: managing the executive relationships, organizing teams, structuring a work plan, and completing and introducing the work to clients. The role also includes managing company relationships by becoming the trusted advisor to each client, medical, and clinical staff leadership teams. The candidate will support or manage all aspects of engagement to include data analysis, recommendations development, summarization of findings, and plan execution of each project.


  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Work experience in a hospital setting within neuroscience specialties
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on clinical innovation, health policy, and new payment models
  • Consultative expertise, including strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on PowerPoint & Excel
