Client Delivery Coordinator

Corazon, a national leader in strategic service line development for hospitals and health systems is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our growing team. The Client Delivery Coordinator for the Consulting Division will join a team of experts who are former hospital executives, experienced clinicians, financial specialists, and business planners. This position will hold a support role in consulting client projects by assisting the consulting project team(s) to deliver exceptional client work. This involves coordination of phone calls, scheduling, electronic and physical files, data portal management, and formatting. Upon the request of the consulting project team(s), assistance with developing client deliverables (e.g., power point creation, educational content) may occur. Additionally, the Client Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance of internal project management systems (CRM) to run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support overall consulting division management. Supports general office needs where necessary.

Specific Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as a communication liaison between clients and the consulting team(s).
  • Provide support to the consulting team including coordinating client activities (e.g., new client setup, scheduling visits/meetings, etc.)
  • Manage data portal (i.e., Sharepoint) for all client data submission
  • Assist in the development of client deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel documents, as directed.
  • Support the development of client written reports, including formatting the client deliverables and assuring timely completion and submission.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for the Consulting division.
  • Conduct research to support client engagements, presentation development, and business needs of the company.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and client delivery personnel by coordinating the necessary hand-off and updating meetings.
  • Maintain accountability (run reports and analyze) various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for distribution to Consulting management and Corazon leadership team

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the data entry, ongoing maintenance, and reporting of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) [“CUBE”] system utilized for client and company business.
  • Handle incoming calls and general inquiries; route all calls to the appropriate person in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing personnel to prepare materials that are consistent with Corazon branding and the expected work product.
  • Assist with booking travel arrangements for the consulting project team(s)
  • Maintains professional and positive relationships by responding readily to all internal and external customers.
  • Works as an integral team member in maintaining smooth business operations; work collaboratively with the management team in various special projects where necessary.
  • Maintains client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Strong organization and communication skills (verbally and in writing).
  • Ability to organize workload and handle multiple priorities and requests.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP software.

Healthcare Services Account Executive

Corazon, a national leader in strategic service line development for hospitals and health systems is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our growing team as a Healthcare Services Account Executive (Consulting, Recruitment, and Accreditation & Peer Review).

Position scope: Represents Corazon with an integrated ownership of sales contracts from lead generation of potential sales prospects through negotiation and close of agreement. Effectively uses a consultative sales approach to determine the prospect’s needs and leverage tactics that are common within the sales processes at a professional services firm. Works with the sales team to seek, evaluate, and produce sales leads and opportunities for the firm with accountability to the COO/EVP.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds in a timely manner to leads and prospects, compiles related analysis, and cultivates new business relationships;
  • Develops consulting proposals with further assistance from the sales team to ensure they are succinct, appropriate to need, priced appropriately, and are sent timely;
  • Recommends product(s) or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential;
  • Works collaboratively with the team to identify and cultivate cross-selling across business units;
  • Creates plans to identify new leads and works with the sales team to conduct calls, shuffles etc., to identify contacts and potential clients;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Three to Five years of successful sales experience preferably in healthcare service sales with the ability to facilitate change, influence people, and effectively listen and communicate, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making.

Senior Business Consultant

Corazon, a national leader in strategic service line development for hospitals and health systems is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our growing team as a Senior Business Consultant.

Position Scope: Key leadership role on consulting projects with particular responsibility of oversight/accountability of all data analysis and project milestones. Guides the team in providing on-time client deliverables according to a prescribed work plan.  Assures timely communication with team members and the client and provides recommendations and next steps based on expert knowledge and judgment.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with, or as, the Account Manager and Project Leader to service projects and related client needs by obtaining information resource needs for all projects as assigned. Communicates and requests assistance as needed.
  • Initiates project meetings with internal project team to review and report project progress/barriers against defined work plan.
  • Retrieves, analyzes and synthesizes data to compile findings for client deliverables
  • Prepares and delivers presentations from concept to delivery, recognizing client need and the intended audience. Conducts presentations displaying expertise particularly with market share data, financial information, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaboratively prepares written reports for client consumption with project team that summarize key findings, market analysis, financial outcome, recommendations, and next steps in a clear and logical manner.
  • Collaborates with Delivery Coordinator and other office personnel to prepare materials to meet client need.
  • Understands the clients’ needs to identify areas of upsell/cross-sell opportunities.  Recommends opportunities for additional project work to the client, and communicates opportunities to the sales team.
  • Facilitates problem solving with an understanding of client interests. Applies maximum effort to meet client need.
  • Maintains professional client relationships. Responds readily to requests.
  • Demonstrates leadership and content expert qualities and on projects by providing accurate, responsive, and timely service on all related client needs
  • Works with contacts in the health care industry to identify new business opportunities for the company.
  • Maintains leading edge knowledge and skills in areas of expertise. Reads and discovers books, articles, reference materials, and news items that add to the firm’s intellectual base.
  • Participates in Corazon’s promotional activities, speaking engagements, professional societies, and meetings with the business/health care community. Provides articles for publication in journals and news articles, Corazon blog content and webinar participation.
  • Mentors new personnel and promotes the professional development of team members. Provides input for performance appraisals.

Qualifications:

  • Three years of previous consulting experience or hospital finance/decision support/business development experience required.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated application of skills related to hospital-based services, physician practice, and/or business operations, and ability to incorporate clinical operations and program development.
  • Demonstrated ability to present to diverse audiences with poise and credibility.
  • Consultation skills, including the ability to effectively listen and communicate, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree (in a business/accounting/finance discipline preferred).
  • Work experience in a hospital setting or physician practice with service line exposure to cardiovascular, neuroscience, or orthopedic is preferred.
  • High level of computer proficiency in: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
