Accreditation Coordinator

This individual will assist the Accreditation team to deliver exceptional client work through the development of client deliverables and administrative support. This individual will act as a communication liaison between clients and Corazon teams. The role also includes maintaining accountability for the delivery team dashboards and metrics, participating in internal team meetings, and working alongside the sales team to coordinate handoff meetings related to each project. This individual will conduct research to support client engagements, develop presentations, and collaborate with marketing personnel to prepare materials that are consistent with Corazon branding and the expected work product.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook required
  • Strong organizational and and communication skills; ability to organize workload and handle multiple priorities and requests

Accreditation Specialist - Program Surveyor

Corazon, a national leader in program development for the Heart, Vascular, Neuroscience, Spine, and Orthopedic service lines offering consulting, accreditation, peer review, recruitment, and interim management services is seeking an Accreditation Specialist – Program Surveyor to add to our growing team!

This individual will provide support for the Corazon accreditation business unit and its clients. This individual will secure, prep, and manage project materials and analyze outcomes data. This role includes onsite program evaluation, synthesizing findings, briefings, and presentations to the client. This individual will also be responsible for communicating with the Corazon accreditation business unit and client project lead to ensure client satisfaction, identify opportunities, and ensure a successful program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or business discipline
  • Clinical day-to-day work experience in the cardiovascular catheterization laboratory and/or cardiovascular service line in a hospital setting preferred (Minimum of 3 years strongly preferred)
  • Consultation skills, including the ability to effectively listen and communicate, both verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to travel and, when required, have a physical presence in the Pittsburgh Corazon office for company meetings, strategic planning, and events as defined by Corazon

Administrative Assistant

The role also includes participation in internal team meetings and working alongside the Sales team to coordinate scheduling. The Administrative Assistant will conduct research to support sales, client engagements, develop presentations, and schedule calls and meetings.

Corazon is seeking a Business Consultant to add to our growing team! This individual will hold a key role on consulting projects and will be viewed as a content expert. Informatics Systems Analyst

Corazon, a national leader in strategic service line development for hospitals and health systems, is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our growing team as an Informatics Systems Analyst!

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of software and databases that support company sales and client delivery
  • Ability to maximize efficiency and output of the systems
  • Complete simple and complex report writing and end user support for Corazon’s software and databases. Corazon’s systems include an on premise CRM system, in-house Access and SQL databases (cloud and on premise versions), and client market datasets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in database development and maintenance required
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and SSRS report writing preferred
  • Able to organize workload and handle multiple priorities and requests in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills and a team player

Healthcare Recruiter

Position Scope: Responsible for identifying candidates based on client need and specification. The Recruiter will interface with clients, physicians, and hospital leadership to provide full-cycle support and consultative services to identify top talent. The position encompasses all phases of the recruitment process, including developing sourcing and marketing strategies, conducting candidate interviews, preparing background documentation, and managing client and candidate expectations. Exercises a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintains leading edge knowledge and skills in areas of recruitment and distinct service line expertise
  • Sources and maintains an active network and pipeline of potential candidates for presentation and placement
  • Develops profiles, social media posts and any necessary external communications in a timely manner for open Corazon positions
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing Department to plan, prepare, and distribute marketing materials through a variety of media / channels
  • Assists in the development of client deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, Word, and Excel documents
  • Acts as a liaison between candidates, clients, and outside contacts; coordinates all activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Science preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with physician and service line leadership recruitment in health systems, hospitals, and physician practice

    Service Line Consultant

    The successful candidate will work with and support a project team in the development of strategic plans, program development initiatives, and physician alignment projects. This candidate will manage a project to include: managing the executive relationships, organizing teams, structuring a work plan, and completing and introducing the work to clients. The role also includes managing company relationships by becoming the trusted advisor to each client, medical, and clinical staff leadership teams. The candidate will support or manage all aspects of engagement to include data analysis, recommendations development, summarization of findings, and plan execution of each project.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required, Master’s degree preferred
    • Work experience in a hospital setting within cardiovascular, neuroscience, and/or orthopedic specialties
    • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on clinical innovation, health policy, and new payment models
    • Consultative expertise, including strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on PowerPoint and Excel
