Recruiter

Position Scope: The Recruiter’s primary role is to identify, source, and seek/entice qualified candidates. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with clients, physicians, and hospital leadership to provide full-cycle recruitment support, consultative services, and contractual knowledge. The position encompasses all phases of the recruitment cycle (from sourcing to candidate placement while managing client and candidate expectations. Successful recruiters understand that closing (“placing”) positions are an essential part of the job requirement and directly impacts the quality of service we provide to our clients, candidates, and ultimately our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential health care industry candidates. Seek out candidates from within current databases and personal network(s) and steer towards our open positions.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings of potential candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit with the organization’s values, culture, and position requirements.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and address specific staffing needs within the client base.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, compensation packages, and emerging recruitment strategies to remain competitive in the healthcare talent market.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate profiles, and interview feedback. Develop, and maintain CRM database for applicants, project activity, candidate pool and client data.
  • Candidate Engagement: Create, maintain, and grow talent pipelines to proactively engage with potential candidates for future opportunities within the organization.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities, candidate status, and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to enhance the company’s employer brand and promote the organization as an employer of choice within the healthcare industry.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree (in business or health sciences preferred).
      • 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record of placing physicians and administrative/clinical leaders, in hospitals, health systems, or physician practices.
      • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including different roles and specialties, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends.
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
      • High level of computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Software)

      Accreditation Business Unit Coordinator

      Entry-level position with an opportunity for advancement. We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated, client oriented individual. Our company culture encourages community engagement, and creative employee programs. This role is 25-30 hours per week. Candidates should be proficient in data entry, EXCEL, word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products. This role is responsible for supporting the accreditation business unit and coordinating all administrative functions of the surveyor team.

      Position Scope: Assists the Accreditation team and business unit to deliver exceptional client work and work product. Works with the accreditation team in the development of client deliverables (correspondence, accreditation packets, templates, agendas, reports, AccrediDATA dashboards and educational content), administrative support of the accreditation surveyors with their calendars, travel, and maintenance of internal systems. Supports all general office needs when required.

      Responsibilities:

      • Act as a communication and engagement liaison between clients the accreditation business unit, sales, and the Corazon team.
      • Administrative support of accreditation services to include all initiation activities, meeting coordination, telephone communication, tool development, and reporting.
      • Act as a liaison between sales and accreditation delivery personnel by coordinating the necessary hand-off meetings
      • Establishes secure communication protocols with hospitals, clients and physicians, monitors client submissions, and retrieves information as needed, including the management and organization of client records received and uploaded to Corazon’s HIPAA compliant BOX share file platform supporting the accreditation business unit.
      • Coordinates all accreditation content (including peer review) specific to clinical data repositories, image management, medical review activities, documents uploaded to the Corazon client portal (box), etc.
      • Collaborates with the finance team for all invoice tracking and provides assistance with AP when applicable.
      • Researches and monitors relevant state-based and national accreditation standards and regulations.
      • Assists in running AccrediDATA client dashboard reports.
      • Manage and distribute specific accreditation business unit reports to the appropriate personnel.
      • Develop and maintain process documentation, including, but not limited to policy and procedures supporting the accreditation business unit.
      • Collaborate with marketing personnel to prepare materials that are consistent with Corazon branding and the expected work product.
      • Maintain accountability such as providing maintenance support for the accreditation team dashboards and metrics. Participate in internal team meetings, strategy meetings, take minutes, and distribute as directed.

      General Responsibilities:

      • Provide support to the data entry, ongoing maintenance, and reporting of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) [“CUBE”] system utilized for client and company business.
      • Handle incoming calls and general inquiries; route all calls to the appropriate person in a professional manner.
      • Maintain professional and positive relationships by responding readily to all internal and external customers.
      • Work as an integral team member in maintaining smooth business operations; work collaboratively with the management team in various special projects where necessary.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associates degree in accounting, finance, or business required.
      • Relevant work experience in hospital and/or healthcare setting preferred.
      • Self-starter with exceptional time-management skills; must be able to prioritize tasks accordingly with an ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.
      • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word as well as internal and external database management.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment.

      Coordinator

      Corazon is seeking a Coordinator to add to our growing team! This individual will assist the Sales and Consulting teams to deliver exceptional work through administrative support. This individual will act as a communication liaison between prospects, clients, and Corazon teams. The role also includes participation in internal team meetings and work alongside the sales / consulting teams to coordinate scheduling. They will conduct research to support sales, client engagements, develop presentations and schedule calls / meetings.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role (or equivalent)
      • Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required

      Healthcare Services Account Executive

      Corazon, a national leader in strategic service line development for hospitals and health systems is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our growing team as a Healthcare Services Account Executive (Consulting, Recruitment, and Accreditation & Peer Review).

      Position scope:

      Represents Corazon with an integrated ownership of sales contracts from lead generation of potential sales prospects through negotiation and close of agreement. Effectively uses a consultative sales approach to determine the prospect’s needs and leverage tactics that are common within the sales processes at a professional services firm. Works with the sales team to seek, evaluate, and produce sales leads and opportunities for the firm with accountability to the COO/EVP.

      Responsibilities:

      • Responds in a timely manner to leads and prospects, compiles related analysis, and cultivates new business relationships;
      • Develops consulting proposals with further assistance from the sales team to ensure they are succinct, appropriate to need, priced appropriately, and are sent timely;
      • Recommends product(s) or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential;
      • Works collaboratively with the team to identify and cultivate cross-selling across business units;
      • Creates plans to identify new leads and works with the sales team to conduct calls, shuffles etc., to identify contacts and potential clients;

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
      • Three to Five years of successful sales experience preferably in healthcare service sales with the ability to facilitate change, influence people, and effectively listen and communicate, both verbally and in writing.
      • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making.
