Director of Cardiology

Our Client, a 200-bed acute care facility located in Central New York, is seeking a Director of Cardiology to oversee the Heart Institute. The Heart Institute is a hospital-wide, multidisciplinary team of health care professionals working together to provide comprehensive cardiac care.

The Director of Cardiology will provide leadership and oversight of the Cardiac Stress Laboratory, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology/Interventional Radiology Laboratory, Echocardiography Laboratory, and EKG, as well as provide administrative, strategic planning, performance improvement, and clinical quality direction to the Cardiac Service Line.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Cardiovascular healthcare management
  • 3 years of applied clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
