In late 2013, Corazon conducted a study related to data collection for stroke programs and the time required to maintain certification. Our findings show the intense need for the development of standardized processes as a means to minimize the impact of data requirements. The survey found that, in many organizations, there are significant opportunities to streamline data collection for patient care and increase efficiency in data collection with real-time improvements to patient care.
