In that role, he successfully promoted best practices in medical and nursing care models and was instrumental in the development of many clinical pathways, protocols, and procedures. His involvement in the critical care standards committee is a platform for his expertise in all specialty service lines. Throughout his career, he has worked in both community hospital settings and large tertiary medical centers. This broad experience lends credibility to his involvement with creating efficient service line structures at clients across the country. Well-versed in the clinical and operational aspects of care delivery and efficient patient-centered facility design, he recommends solutions for optimal patient flow to streamline costs and quality for the full continuum of patient care.
