Qualifications:
- Board certification or board eligibility in Neurology.

The Orthopedic Surgeon will treat patients who require specialist orthopedic procedures to treat conditions, such as scoliosis, dislocations and fractures, and damaged tendons, muscles, and ligaments. Services are provided in both the inpatient and outpatient setting and include consulting with patients, discussing treatment options, treating patients, overseeing aftercare and physical therapy, and coordinating with other specialists, when necessary. The Orthopedic Surgeon must be able to perform various surgical procedures to repair, salvage, or replace bones and joints, reconnect nerves, among others, in order to improve musculoskeletal health.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD, DO) from an accredited institution required.
- Successful completion of a residency program in Orthopedic Surgery required.
- Successful completion of a fellowship program preferred.
- Unrestricted New Mexico State Medical License (or ability to obtain)

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- At least five (5) years’ experience with complex coronary interventions including atherectomy and Impella.
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship program.
- Board certification in cardiovascular diseases through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM) with certification of special qualification (CSQ) in Interventional Cardiology – or obtain certifications within 3 years of employment.
- Ability to obtain Idaho and Oregon medical licensure; granting privileges at multiple locations as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
- Optional: Nuclear cardiology skills are welcome but not required. Echo board certification is also not a requirement. Interventional treatment of peripheral vascular disease is also available.
