Corazon, a national leader in strategic service line development for hospitals and health systems is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our growing team as a Healthcare Services Account Executive (Consulting, Recruitment, and Accreditation & Peer Review).
Position scope: Represents Corazon with an integrated ownership of sales contracts from lead generation of potential sales prospects through negotiation and close of agreement. Effectively uses a consultative sales approach to determine the prospect’s needs and leverage tactics that are common within the sales processes at a professional services firm. Works with the sales team to seek, evaluate, and produce sales leads and opportunities for the firm with accountability to the COO/EVP.
Responsibilities:
- Responds in a timely manner to leads and prospects, compiles related analysis, and cultivates new business relationships;
- Develops consulting proposals with further assistance from the sales team to ensure they are succinct, appropriate to need, priced appropriately, and are sent timely;
- Recommends product(s) or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential;
- Works collaboratively with the team to identify and cultivate cross-selling across business units;
- Creates plans to identify new leads and works with the sales team to conduct calls, shuffles etc., to identify contacts and potential clients;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Three to Five years of successful sales experience preferably in healthcare service sales with the ability to facilitate change, influence people, and effectively listen and communicate, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making.
Other:
- Must live in the Pittsburgh area and have a regular presence at the Corazon office site.
