The successful candidate will work with and support a project team in the development of neuroscience strategic plans, program development initiatives, and physician alignment projects. This candidate will manage a project to include: managing the executive relationships, organizing teams, structuring a work plan, and completing and introducing the work to clients. The role also includes managing company relationships by becoming the trusted advisor to each client, medical, and clinical staff leadership teams. The candidate will support or manage all aspects of engagement to include data analysis, recommendations development, summarization of findings, and plan execution of each project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required, Master’s degree preferred
- Work experience in a hospital setting within neuroscience specialties
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on clinical innovation, health policy, and new payment models
- Consultative expertise, including strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on PowerPoint & Excel
