Michael is a seasoned client relations professional with over a decade of experience working with hospitals, health systems, and physician practices. As a Director with Corazon, he collaborates with clients in all service areas and is particularly responsible for contracting related to Corazon’s accreditation services. Michael applies his project management experience to work alongside the accreditation surveyors and other team members to ensure the offerings meet client needs and expectations, and that the accreditation process continues to evolve to meet industry best practice standards.
